Delivery Expectations

HerzerCraft offers two major categories of products, “Gallery” and “Crafted-to-Order”. Gallery items are available for shipment, typically within 48 hours. Crafted-to-Order items are, as the category implies, crafted to your special requirements. Our component and special materials suppliers are very reliable. We expect to have all the materials needed to craft your special order within 3 business days of your order placement. The crafting process is usually completed within one week or less. Therefore, from your order placement to our shipment to you is within two weeks or sooner. If a delay is encountered, you will be notified of the circumstances and any revision to expected delivery.  

Shipping

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail within the United States.  USPS First Class Mail is available for International orders. Shipping is calculated based on the total order weight. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all import taxes or duties.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

Your purchase is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction for a period of 30 days from the date you receive your order. You may elect an equal value exchange or refund. You are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charges are not refunded. Engraved and volume discounted items are not refundable but will be replaced if determined to be defective by Herzercraft.

Returns

If you elect to return items, please prepare the return package to protect the contents and enclose the original or copy of your order invoice. Returned items must be in their original condition to be accepted. Address returns to:
